Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LuxorLot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. LuxorLot is a free-to-play fantasy sports platform intended solely for entertainment purposes. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

2. User Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

3. Fair Play and Collusion Policy

We maintain strict fair play policies to ensure a competitive and enjoyable environment for all managers. Collusion is strictly prohibited. Collusion includes, but is not limited to, managers acting together to manipulate the standings, executing wildly lopsided trades (e.g., trading a star player for a benchwarmer) to benefit a single team, or intentionally dropping high-value players to the waiver wire so a specific manager can acquire them. We employ automated systems and human review processes to flag suspicious activity. Any managers caught colluding will have their trades reversed, and their accounts may be permanently banned without prior warning.

4. No Real Money Gambling

LuxorLot is an entertainment simulation and does not facilitate, support, or endorse real-money gambling. No monetary prizes, cash, or cash equivalents are awarded by the platform based on league outcomes, regular-season standings, or playoff results. The platform is strictly free-to-play. Any private wagers made between managers outside of the platform are strictly prohibited from being discussed or facilitated on LuxorLot messaging boards, and doing so violates these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LuxorLot and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of LuxorLot. Player names, team names, logos, and statistics used within the fantasy simulation are for identification and simulation purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LuxorLot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
